Wide, sweet, friendly, silky and velvety mouth. Pleasant acidity that makes it very fresh, with a long finish and an aftertaste of berries, blackcurrant and vanilla.
Perfect with any type of meat, especially Iberian sausages, white and red meats, roasts of lamb and suckling pig, small game (hare, partridge), vegetable stews and cured and semi-cured cheeses.
