Produced exclusively from 100% Assyrtiko grapes from a single vineyard of 150 years-old vines in Akrotiri village. Maturation on the gross lees for 12 months with frequent lees stirring followed by an additional year of cellaring adds more depth to this full-bodied white wine. White citrus blossom flowers.
