A very beautiful, powerful and complex nose combining fruity (wild strawberry, fruit coulis, raspberry, cherry) and spicier notes from aging in barrels (beeswax, peat, charcoal, cedar, chocolate). Very nice ample mouth, ripe, marked by a certain sweetness, with again aromas of chocolate, bitter orange, Sichuan pepper, mint. A superb texture in the mouth, very balanced, with a nice acidity. A great complex and balanced wine that can be enjoyed young but has great aging potential.
