Salmon + Pinot Noir = Excellent pairing
Experience a delicious pairing - our LUCIEN CROCHET SANCERRE ROUGE and oven-baked salmon with sweet potato purée.

1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and lemon juice. Place garlic flakes on top of the salmon pieces. Cook for 15 minutes.
3. In the meantime, prepare the side dish. Boil sweet potatoes. When cooked, mash them, and season with salt and saffron.
4. Prepare the sauce by mixing 50g of melted butter with cream cheese and finely chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
