Fermentation is carried out for 15 – 20 days in in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures: 17 – 18 C. The 20% of the production is fermented in 1000L oak barrels, 6 months on the lees. Six months of ageing in steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, semi-aromatic nose with hints of fruits and yellow flowers. It has a characteristic mineral note. Pleasant in the mouth, fresh and fruity
