Brancaia rosé is made from 100% Merlot. The grapes for this wine with fragrant and floral aromas of white flowers and watermelon come from the vineyards in Maremma. In contrast to red wine, they harvest the Merlot grapes a little earlier, so the alcohol and structure remain light and have a bright salmon pink color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks without any contact time with the mash, before the young wine is aged on the lees for three more months. This rosé is suitable both as an aperitif wine and as a meal companion!
