Château Saint-Didier Parnac Malbec is an excellent value Cahors. Youthful with black currant, blackberry, savoury herb and dark spices on the palate. Tannins are structured and firm, but the wine will continue to evolve in bottle over the next few years. A classic Cahors that would benefit from two to three years in cellar.
