This expression from Don Papa was inspired by the carnival-like MassKara Festival, held annually in the Phillipine City of Bacolod. The city is lovingly referred to as The City of Smiles and Don Papa have certainly achieved the festival vibe with this spirit, infused with calamansi; a lime like fruit which is indigenous to the Philippines, as well as honey and siling labuyo; a regional chilli pepper.
