Foivos Papastratis is perhaps the youngest winemaker in Greece. Having started making wines before he even graduated from the Department of Oenology and Beverage Technology, he has been charting his own brilliant course in the last three years.
The grapes come from privately owned vineyards in Lilandio Field, with which he oversees. The area has a huge viticultural tradition and Foivos is a worthy continuator. Muscat and Assyrtiko are perfectly acclimatized in the area. Careful vinification shows the impressive potential of the winemaker and creates expectations for even greater things.
