Xynisteri is sourced from a 35 years old vineyard. The vines are bush trained and rooted on clay rich sandy soils at the foothills of the mountain. The harvest normally takes place in early October. 

Aromas of fruit leather, red cherries, blackberries, and a slightly reductive damp cellar aroma. The use of stainless steel allows the crystal gypsum, clay, and limestone soils shine while staying true to the varietal of the grape.

A Sauvignon Blanc from the area of “Ftena”. Soils in this area are rich in clay and limestone. The vines are 12 years old and they are harvested in the beginning of August.

Off dry, with some berry and apricot notes. Palate is of medium body, with the intensity of flavours to be high with a fresh and long finish. An approachable and easy rose made from 100% Lefkada grapes.

Wine with floral aromas which reminiscent of green apple and grapefruit with a lemon finish. A pale color with intense clarity. Rich and refreshing taste with excellent balance acidity and fresh after taste.
