MICROCLIMATE
Warm climate tempered by the Mediterranean winds but also by the air coming down from Vermio mountain. Significant diurnal range and relatively low temperatures despite the low altitude.

VINIFICATION
Grapes are 50% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeast and macerated for 30 days.
MATURATION
12 months in second-use, 500-litre French oak barrels.
