Light pink colour with intense flavour of roses and fruits. Intensely aromatic and luscious. Balanced in the mouth with vivid acidity and pleasant aftertaste!

Xynisteri is sourced from a 35 years old vineyard. The vines are bush trained and rooted on clay rich sandy soils at the foothills of the mountain. The harvest normally takes place in early October. 

Cabernet Franc is sourced from a 30 years old vineyard, positioned on the edge of a cliff, while the Syrah is sourced from a 25 years old vineyard. Soils in these areas are clay and limestone based and the grapes are harvested from mid to late August.
