A richly styled, noticeably sweet wine, with nice range to the unctuous papaya, dried mango, pear puree and pineapple flavors, with cinnamon and cardamom highlights. Ripe, round and exuberant, this has nice vibrancy, thanks to wet slate accents and zippy acidity. This is a classic, old school example of Rausch Kabinett and will be a lovely wine with a bit of bottle age.
