A Sauvignon Blanc with a bit of Viognier. The fruit flavors of grapefruit and gooseberries pop out in the beginning and end on floral notes. The inhibition of malolactic fermentation gives the wine an enchanting freshness, while a five-month aging on lees for one third in barriques and two thirds in stainless steel tanks ensures an excellent structure. Certified organic since the 2020 vintage.
