Matured 50% in amphorae and produced in only 13,078 bottles, Eve is a faithful expression of the Rive-Droite terroir. The nose is full of rich aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee beans. On the palate, this full-bodied wine is velvety smooth, with flavors of blackberry jam, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee.
