Carmenere (80%) and Merlot (20%) grapes matured separately for 12 months and then blended together for an additional 4 months in stainless steel before being bottled. Deep red colour with blue-violet reflections. Slightly fragrant on the nose of fresh blackberries and juniper, with some violets and hints of Mediterranean herbs. Silky on the palate, gently caresses the tongue with sweet fruit and fine-grained tannins.
