This is one of the few wines produced by Maison Champy which is entirely sourced from grower fruit. Fermented with native yeasts in 33% new oak the wine showcases all the usual spellbinding charms and comforting ease of Burgundy, there is an extra layer of richness and savoury complexity. Beautifully aromatic with a subtle woody note, buttery flavours of white fruits, with spicy notes of cinnamon and white pepper. Great length, typical of the terroir.
