The Bianco white wine from the Sicilian winery Serra Ferdinandea is a blend of two worlds, combining France and Italy through a 50% of Grillo and 50% of Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes harvested by hand are selected and pressed whole, the must obtained is fermented in tonneaux, oak barrels and steel tanks, then aged for 9 months in large oak barrels. A sunny label that on the nose expresses floral scents of acacia and chamomile along with more intense notes of honey and dried fruit. The palate is persistent with an excellent minerality.
