This wine expresses the unique character of the Etna terroir, with vineyards located 500 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. The nose is complex and enveloping, with fruity hints of green apple, grapefruit and ripe white peach, accompanied by delicate notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is characterized by a lively acidity, and mineral notes that give freshness and power.
