Carminium is made from 100% Carmenère grapes in the Colli Berici area of Vicenza and aged for 12 months in new and used barriques. This refined Carmenère exudes aromas of ripe blackcurrant, wild berries, and black pepper, intertwined with notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, and dried herbs.
