St Henri's signature is its maturation in large format old Slovenian oak. As a result, there's a freshness and purity of fruit that sings through. The 2021 is elegant, silky and supple, showing plenty of textured blackberry and damson fruit. There's aniseed, clove and spicy complexity on the nose and palate, and amazing concentration through the long finish.
